Hefner Rd, Oklahoma City, OK 73162 Disclosing, Cancelations, Funding Team Lead April 2004 – April 2007 (3 years 1 month) The main role of the disclosing department was to send out the original disclosures when a home loan was originated and then again anytime the rate or other factors changed, to meet the regulations.

• We worked in conjunction with other departments to ensure that deadlines were met and all regulatory requirements were followed.

• These functions required knowledge of the rules and guidelines set forth by the Bank and government entities, as well as rate changes and other factors. It was a necessity to have an eye for detail and to be able to spot mistakes in large quantities of paperwork.

• As lead I addressed any team issues and trained new employees, as well as enforced company policies and mandates.
