Business development, distribution and key account specialist for a series of products and service lines within the healthcare industry. Responsibilities include product introduction and sales, market development, customer profiling, reach expansion, and account management for early and mid-phase commercialization opportunities.

Increased awareness, trial and usage across multiple product lines: topical pain compounds for scarring, neuropathy and wound care, bone marrow aspirators, next generation breathable casting, transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation units (TENS), medical waste disposal services, toxicology/blood testing and skin testing for small fiber neuropathy.

Target audience: practices and physicians, practice managers, CFOs, surgeons, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, niche distribution channel partners (i.e. Atlantic Brace DME, AIH and MedAssets physician group networks).

Secured major key account LeBauer Healthcare for medical waste removal services in a highly competitive price locked North Carolina geography. Within one year, grew account from 0 to 22 facilities with projected growth to 60 facilities and adoption throughout Moses Cone Health System. Saved key account $100k. 2013-2014: Carolina Railhawks Manager of Fan Development – Cary, NC (one year expert affiliate) Asked to assist in a one year position to develop and grow corporate sales for a Tier 2 professional soccer team. Responsible for creating a new business development model to expand sales in the corporate market.

Implemented unique outside sales approach into several different industries not previously targeted by the organization. Increased awareness and sales across financial, biomedical, pharmaceutical, IT and manufacturing companies. Within six months achieved 110% quota attainment through new accounts.

Aligned efforts with Corporate Sponsorship Director, introduced a new corporate approach platform and incentive compensation program.

Recognized for setting new record for disposable product laser probes exceeding $500k in sales. 1999-2001: Innovasive Devices Inc. General Territory Manager – Atlanta, GA Orthopedic instrumentation and operative technique in-services for ACL and rotator cuff implants.

Increased product sales performance 34% within first 3 months. Doubled sales growth within 6 months.

Supported new product, Intrafix, throughout pivotal clinical trial with key investigator, clinical trial instrumental in product approval.

Reversed negative Ohio territory trend and accelerated sales from $250k to $1.2 million within first two years.

Accelerated sales in stagnate NC territory from $600k to $1.1 million within 12 months. Outpaced sales quota in NC territory year two achieving $1.6 million in sales. Recommended split territory restructure for continued sales growth and account support, recommendation accepted and implemented by company.

Led the nation in external fixation by achieving $750,000 in annual sales resulting in the receipt of a volume achievement award and a national paragon award.
