Screening experiments to identify crystallization conditions for an unknown

Preparation of crystallization conditions (pH buffers and Salt solutions).

Cryo mounting of protein crystals for x-ray diffraction data collection used Oxford cryo system.

X-ray diffraction data collection using Rigaku x-ray generator / mar345dtb detector system.

Data processing using HKL2000 software.
