Headed a special project to build a heat treat furnace based upon a fluidized bed principle for an Advanced Casting Techniques (C02) steel-molding foundry. Responsible for layout, installation, establishing performance parameters and outlining standard operating conditions, design and performance documentation, QC methods and standards, troubleshooting, and process safety assurance. Wrote the corresponding Operating Manual.
