Manage Global Equipment Maintenance Program for several Johnson

and Johnson production and research facilities within PA, NJ and Europe.

Track and report progress for Projects supporting the global Program.

Design and implement process improvement initiatives. Participate in all

phases of the Program from scheduling, to completion and close out.

Design and lead high level reporting events. Act as Primary liaison

between PKI SAP and J&J Maximo Systems. Assure process compliance

for all GxP equipment utilizing the validated Maximo system within J&J.

Assume the lead on OOT / OOC events utilizing TrackWise for CAPA

plan design, implementation and completion.

* Imperative: Alignment of two independent tracking tools (SAP

and Maximo). Assure compliance for all GxP equipment activities.

Assure billing matched activity between the two systems.

Direct the Site Services Consolidation Program for 4 Amgen locations

(Thousand Oaks, CA / San Francisco, CA / Seattle, WA / Cambridge,

MA). Direct Site Managers with activities consolidating several

independent service providers (and some Amgen associates) into the

Unity Lab Services Program (120 + associates). Assist in KPI

management, Governance development, procedural transference and

employee integration. Design and implement Equipment Maintenance

Program in tandem with Services activities.

* Imperative: Maintain active service levels during the

implementation. Assure budgetary, contractual (KPIs) and GxP

compliance through steady state achievement.

Direct the site operational activities for GSK s Upper Merion and

Collegeville locations (90% research activities, 10% production). Develop

and maintain contractual service activities for Third Party suppliers;

manage TF Alcohol and SDA permits on behalf of GSK utilizing Power of

Attorney designation; manage site incinerator permits; other services

include: material management and distribution ( averaging $10 million

/annual); bulk scientific / cryogenic gas activity; bio-waste processing;

Media Prep activities; GxP Cleaning contract; glassware operations;

special services (lab assistant program); procedural authoring / training;

budget development / management; Business Continuity plan design;

lead all Process Improvement, GxP, Lean Lab initiatives.
