COMMUNICATION
Skilled at designing and presenting business and training events; with
consideration for the audience, complexity of message, interaction

within PowerPoint, Excel, MS Project, Word and other supporting
software. Successfully manage Skype, Live Meeting and other
techniques for global / multi-site meetings (including events with greater
than 15 participants).
Individual communication preference is a combination of face-to-face and
structured (pre-determined agenda). This provides the participants time to
consider the discussion points prior to the meeting (avoiding the reactive
response) and to prepare more effectively for the desired discussions.
LEADERSHIP
A charismatic leader with a unique ability to ensure that all Team
members feel valued for their contribution to the Team effort. Built from a
combination of past experiences and the study of historic leaders, my
leadership style has evolved into a transformational motivator who
practices empathy, humility, and consistency. I firmly believe that
successful leadership is highly situational. There are times when a firm
hand is required and other times when patient listening is required. I am
extremely confident in my ability to lead, mentor and to know when to
employ humility to ensure success. My general leadership style is to be a
source of support for the Team to succeed. However, I also know when to
apply the firm hand leadership style. The basics of my successful
leadership style is to maintain consistency, confidence and ethically
sound judgement.
