My background includes serving as a staff attorney from 2007-2010, with extensive experience on large-scale merger, acquisition, IP, and other litigation matters, internal investigations, Hart Scott Rodino (HSR) Second Requests, Dodd-Frank and Sarbanes-Oxley, the Federal Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), the Racketeering Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO), and similar investigations by state and Federal government regulatory agencies.
