My duties included capturing claims for aircraft losses, bodily injury and property damage claims. This position required strong customer service skills, which involved making initial contact with the Insured, putting together a claim file, maintaining file payment records and distributing the necessary documentation to adjusters, experts, and legal council. Responsible for capturing claims from all over the United States for SAFECO Personal Lines & Commercial Lines.
