Project One: Automatic Electro-Hydraulic Jack Team Size: 4 Duration: 6 Months The Automatic Electro-Hydraulic Jack is a device built to cater to the vehicle lifting needs of small and medium automobile garages. It is a more powerful and user-friendly alternative to the screw jack, which requires more muscle strength, high manpower, and skilled labor. The Automatic Jack instead is designed to lift heavy vehicles very smoothly with the press of just one button, without any impact force. The device consists of a dash pad switch, a solenoid valve, and a rotary hydraulic pump.
Project Two: Boiler Burner and Fuel Firing System Team Size: 4 Duration: 2 Weeks The Boiler Burner and Fuel Firing System was a research study undertaken at SecBad FirmaKlasse Engineers, Hyderabad. The aim of the project was to gain in-depth knowledge of the various fuel igniters, burners, and fuel firing systems along with flow processes inside the boiler and its auxiliaries at a city-based super-thermal power station.
