manual of how to align the organisation and its
processes to Agile. The book was divided in 12
chapters, each one have been used as a
reference for the organisation to implement agile. Betting Companies Malta (2010-2012)
Helping around 30 betting and gaming companies
in Malta Island to become Scrum and Agile. It
included changing some hiring systems, coaching
Scrum teams, altering their technical practises,
running inceptions, coaching CEOs, running
workshops about different topics (cost of delay,
Scrum, Scaling, etc.) among others.
