In 2003 developed an Operation & Maintenance business model that included full service maintenance and service operation, remote monitoring services, commissioning and Measurement & Verification protocols to verify savings. MDW contract produced $121+ M in savings and/or O&M cost avoided for the government since its inception in 1999. Total contract savings will exceed $275M when the contract ends in 2018.

Military District of Washington (MDW) contract is the largest Energy Savings and Performance Contract (ESPC) ever issued by the Department of Defense (DOD).

Contract value is $250M US with potential to expand by 25% in next 3 years. Contract consists of multiple mechanical construction subcontracts ranging between $50K US and $3.2M US.

Over a two-year period (2000-2002) directed construction installation, startup and commissioning of 2500 energy savings upgrades in 400+ locations.

Installed equipment value exceeds $69M US. Installation also included an automated energy management system to control and remote monitor installed equipment, 24/7, at five Installations from a central operations center.

Value of long term service contracts is $125M US between 2008 and 2012, expanded service business by 18%. Pepco Government Services projected 3 year growth was 15 – 20%.
