About project:

The material is fixed with stationary die head and the die head is rotated with gear rotary motor. The engagement between material and die head form screw thread. When threading operation was finished opposite rotary motion is called using reverse gear. The forward and reverse rotation was controlled by two way switch.

About project:

Lubrication oil act as the lubricant in diesel locomotives maximum 1000 litres oil will be used. After particular running hours lubrication oil level will be decreased due to high temperature oil evaporates at 120 c.when we control oil temperature at 80 c with the help of heat exchanger lubrication oil evaporation will be controlled so oil top up cost will be minimised.
