McKinley, Inc 2016-2016 Regional Manager Position Restructuring-Elimination of Position

Oversaw newly purchased 190 unit building in Orlando as a regional manager with plans to add 5-6 potential buildings. Worked closely with community managers, sales team, maintenance team and construction companies during renovation. Company opted to eliminate the Regional role in Orlando; adding the regional from Tampa to oversee the buildings instead of the Orlando support.
