Accelerated Care, Central Pennsylvania
Chief Executive Officer
Accelerated Care was a telemedicine company that employed nurse practitioners armed with a suite of digital diagnostic equipment, to provide on-site specialty medical care for America's rural citizens. The nurse practitioner assisted board certified physicians in examining patients electronically. As the Chief Executive Officer responsibilities included the development of the company’s business plan, grow the company and obtained it’s financing. Accelerated Care was one of the first true telemedicine companies in the United States.

PCS One, Central Pennsylvania (D&E/Omnipoint/T-Mobile JV)
Chief Executive Officer
PCS One was a wireless telephone company whose operations covered a four-market area in central Pennsylvania. A joint venture was formed between D&E Wireless and T-Mobile (Omnipoint, VoiceStream, and T-Mobile) to operate a PCS wireless company in Central Pennsylvania. PCS One covered a population of two million people. As the Chief Executive Officer responsibilities included the development of the company’s business plan, grew the company to over 200 employees and four executives, oversaw its daily operations, obtained its financing (in excess of $100 million), developed it’s engineering and marketing departments. PCS One was the first C block licensee to become totally financed for ten years without parent company’s guarantees. The company exceeded all of its business goals and had obtained better than an annual penetration level of one percent. It hit EBITDA positive in less than two and half years.
