Regional Customer Engineering Services for all of the WEST Coast

Linde, Vancouver Wa - Janurary 2016 to Present

Manage a team of 13 technicians strategically placed in the West coast. My team is responsible for installation, removal, repair, upgrades and maintenance of all tanks in the plants and at customer sites. I have about 3,000 customers in the West Coast. I am responsible for the P&L for my team, their safety, quality, training, hiring and performance of my techs and my region.

Performed maintenance and repairs on 4 HPACs and 2 Nitrogen Recharger Units. Provided gaseous nitrogen, argon, and oxygen for various industrial uses. Provided liquid argon, nitrogen, and propane for various industrial uses and facilities. -Efficiently provided various liquids and gases to units to insure operational readiness for multiple submarines. Helped to ensure 100% deploy ability for 6 submarines.

-Qualified all watches early and exceeded all expectations of supervisors and was awarded sailor of the month for my work center. -1 of 3 Qualified Cryogenic Technicians at IMF facility. The Navy's Largest maintenance activity, providing intermediate repairs, and technical and logistical support of 9 SSBNs, 2 CVNs, 7 surface combatants, 2 SSGNs, 1 special project SSN, and various support craft at 3 geographical dispersed facilities.

USS John C Stennis - 2004 to 2006

Leading Supervisor, USS John C Stennis Responsible for all shipboard diesel engine operations, mechanical repairs, preventative maintenance scheduling, engine operations, and the qualification and leadership of twenty technicians on a naval carrier. -Developed and implemented Calibration program that increased the program from 12% to 99.9% in two months to ensure operational readiness on a forward deployed Naval Carrier. -Coordinated with the shipyard, supervised the removal and re-installation of all local relief valves for four emergency diesel generators in a timely manner without effecting operational readiness. Project was completed ahead of schedule with no safety incidents. -Directed the Command Calibration Program. Recognized as a strong and organized program during a critical inspection allowing for carrier to remain forward deployable. -Ensured operational readiness for 4 diesel generators from 25% to 100% and never let its operational ability fall below 25% to ensure that the carrier always had back power via a emergency diesel generator being made available.

Maintenance Mechanic

USS Carl Vinson - 2001 to 2004

Responsible for the completing all preventative maintenance and repair of all pumps, 9 air conditioners, 4 hydraulic elevators, 4 steam systems and 2 compressors, and compliance to all quality assurance requirements, and the proper startup and operations of all the above equipment. -Efficiently provided repairs during critical times and evolutions on forward-deployed naval carrier increasing underway mission capability and ensuring 100% availability.
