Dec-2015 to date Working as Mechanic at (BBE Automatic) Melbourne.

Carry out visual inspection as well as taking car's details according to road worthy checkpoints on job card for further actions or repair.

Repair and replace worn or defective parts by dismantling assemblies such as transmission, engine, steering rack and check them, referring to technical manual or bulletins as necessary.

Repair and replace suspension, Propeller shaft, Drive shafts and starring column.

Assist with head mechanic to swap the major assemblies like: engines, transmission, exhaust assemblies, and suspensions.

Carry out minor and major services (all make and models) according to procedure.

Diagnose the car's problems through various types of equipments such as: OBD scanner, Noise tester, Pressure tester, Vacuum Tester etc.

Carryout minor and major transmission service (all make and models) as well as replace transmission with new once.

Feb-2014 to Aug-2015 Worked as Service Technician at SZS Transport and Mechanical Repair Melbourne.

Repair and overhaul car's assembly according to job process flow.

Reassemble, test, clean and adjust repaired or replaced parts or assemblies, use various instrument to make sure they are working properly and put them back into the vehicle.

Carryout car servicing (changing oil, oil filter, spark plugs, transmission oil and engine coolant) according to manufacturer standard.

Check and replaced timing belt according to the instructions by shop mechanic

Check and replace defective car's globes according to same specification.

Inspect engine coolant through PH strip if result is fail; change it through coolant change machine.

Inspect battery strength or battery performance through battery tester if result is fail change it or check the electrolyte level in battery.

Was responsible to clean the serviced car from inside and outside before handover to customer, for better customer services.
