Plans, develops, implements, coordinates, and directs the activities of the Indigent Services Division; Supervises personnel, assigns work, reviews and evaluates performance, counsels employees regarding programs, policies and procedures, resolves employee complaints, takes disciplinary action, interviews and hires employees, sets priorities, coordinates schedules and tracks time;
• Consults and coordinates with legal staff of the Prosecuting Attorney’s Office, Civil Division, on legal issues;
• Makes recommendations to the Clerk of the District Court and the Board of County Commissioners on matters relating to county Indigent Services;
• Conducts staff meetings;
• Establishes and implements divisional policies and procedures;
• Drafts divisions long and short term strategies for presentation and adoption to Clerk of the District Court;
• Develops and presents to the Clerk of the District Court a proposed budget;
• Monitors and analyzes approved budget and budgetary expenditures, accounts receivable and payable with regular updates to the Clerk of the District Court;
• Represents Ada County at conferences and workshops, and serves on community advisory committees, as requested;
• Negotiates contracts with providers;
• Oversees the presentation of indigent-related appeals to the Board of County Commissioners

Client Services Director, West Coast. Responsible for the client development cycle. Developed programs, fee estimates and consulting engagements. Work with recruiting team to hire consultants. Project management, focus on Go Lives, EPIC, Cerner and Meditech EMR systems, Dragon, Population Health, ICD-10 and Cyber security implementation in hospitals, health systems and affiliated partners.
11. 2013 – 03.2015 AMERICAN CANCER SOCIETY – SALT LAKE CITY, UT AND PHOENIX, AZ
Health Systems Manager. Lead point of contact for the agency to 20 hospitals; direct supervisor to five personnel for cancer patient services; advisor to healthcare companies and facilities for special cancer quality of life programs; coordinator for cancer services from patient and family to providers, CEOs, community and state/regional leadership to advance agency goals and mission.
Improved community-to-agency communication, resulting in a threefold increase in cancer patient referrals and agency services

Developed cold calling training programs for 13 new hires

End of Life legislation program lead for American Cancer Society in Arizona; presents to Arizona lawmakers concerning quality end of life issues
Member of Utah Medicare Expansion Coalition; presentations to Utah lawmakers resulted in passing of the bill in February 2014

rehabilitation center that serviced 120 patients; lead coordinator

Founded a ‘meals on wheels’ program for Rexburg, Idaho with local community centers and medical provider offices, serving over 300 people in need
