Crisis Management during hurricanes Emily and Wilma in 2005, with both hotels at 100%. Then the reconstruction and opening in both occasions.

Two years later I moved to Operations as Rooms Division Manager of Allegro Resort Bavaro 500 rooms. I was then promoted to Resident Manager at Jack Tar Village St. Kitts and Turks & Caicos.
