Job Description
Implemented ISO 22000:2005(HACCP system) FSSC 22000:2005 ensuring total compliance with zero tolerance reporting non -conformance within the production flow.
Carries out quality assurance checks on prerequisite programs and operational prerequisite programs, CCP’s monitoring, in-process checks (Inputs and Outputs), shipment quality, root cause analysis (5why-2H) within the process and Finished goods analysis,quality control checks( stones, leaves, admixture, moisture).
Carries out physico-chemical and biological analysis for food safety hazards : total aflatoxin analysis using ELISA (Enzyme-linked immuno-sorbent assay )machine, environmental monitoring Total viable count, employee hand/machine -swab test, coliform test(E.coli, Salmonella,) S aureus. culturing), stones and leaves checks, admixture, water analysis(PH, turbidity, color, residual chlorine, conductivity TPC and coliform test).
Analyzes packaging material ensuring maximum compliance with AQL.
Analyzes Raw Material from the point of arrival to finished goods (checking acceptance quality limit AQL and dispatch quality level DQL, % purity and whitish).
Implements ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management system using process approach to achieve consistent customer satisfaction to monitor and document improvement.
Analyzes treated, Raw, and effluent treated water quality for PH, turbidity, colorimeter, conductivity, residual chlorine, and total dissolved solid.
Lead in technical aspect of initiating, formulating, evaluation, reporting and implementation of new product/process.
