I am currently seeking a Desktop support or similar positions. Attached is my resume for your review and considerations. It will furnish you with specific information relative to my background, experiences, and potentials.

I am currently working for Lavi Vision, as an office manager. I help manage daily activities, such as help doctor file insurances, call for benefit and make sure office is running smoothly. Maintain computers and printer. Update patch and software as needed. Document and maintain HIPPA rules. Train users.

My previous job was with Denitech Corporation in Coppell TX. I've received numerous compliments from senior managements and coworkers. My manager and I are the only IT support people at Denitech. My manager is my backup when I am not there. My jobs duties includes, desktop support, printer, projects managed backup server, help build servers, and configure phones and PDA's support. I've accomplish many projects while at Denitech. I've upgrade IP Phone software, migrate Outlook to O365, and implemented Spicework for our first desktop ticket system at Denitech. Swap out old cell phones with new cells. Upgrade Denitech Computers and Laptops to Windows 7 enterprise. I am in charge of purchasing printers, monitors, laptops, computers, and cell phone.

Before Denitech I worked for Kaiser Permanente ITFS, CA. My achievements at Kaiser will carry to your company. At Kaiser I received several awards; one of it is "Caught in the Act". I was tuz8hl to senior position. I belong to a group call SME (Subject Matter Expert) for more than one subject at Kaiser. I was with the Health Connect SME group that share knowledge with other SME to better support Kaiser Employees. Help setup first Hospitals in the U.S.A. to EPIC. I help setup printers, computers, and hand held scanner to communicate with EPIC. I've help conduct testes with Health Connect groups before the go live date.

I've been with Kaiser Permanente for 12 years. For major projects, I worked with other departments remotely to assist in making project go smoothly and with little or no outage to clients as possible. I am the backup server support person for my clients with day to day computer problems. As a senior my responsibilities is to make sure my peers are well train and are knowledgeable in new products, and Kaiser Hospital standards and regulations. I've conduct training and written instructions for my peers and clients.
