JOB DESCRIPTION
Scheduling and carrying out preventive maintenance activities as per the plan.
Performing various maintenance practices, modification assignments and troubleshooting jobs for reducing down time and failure of instruments.
Planning & execution of all shutdown activities in a proper way.
Maintaining Spare equipments records and stores inventory.
MAJOR PROJECT EXPERIENCE
Executed erection and commissioning of Continuous Ambient Air Quality Monitoring systems and stack monitors
Executed erection and commissioning of 10 MW Power Plant
Executed erection and commissioning of Ball mills Coal Mill-2, Raw Mill-2 and RABH at Meghalaya Cements Ltd in 2011.
Executed erection and commissioning of 4 Spout Stationary packer

PROJECT WORK
Coordinating with all departments and contract workers for completion of the works in a given time.
Checking of different SCS drawings and schedules for providing modifications or giving final approval.
Responsible for carrying out erection work of E&I panels as per GA drawings of Load centers, Cable tray erection as per routing layout.
Planning & execution of installation and mounting of all field instruments & equipments as per P&I drawings, Hook-up drawings, Field JB’s with cable laying as per cable schedule.
Involved in the commissioning of different Sub Control Systems like VFD’s, Soft Starters, Weigh Feeders, RABH PLC Based Sequential Timer panels
Involved in the commissioning of the Gas Analyzers, Pyrometers, Kiln CCTV camera
Responsible for preparation & checking of I/O schedule, Cable schedules (from MCC feeders, Control panels to I/O panels, field instruments to field JBs to I/O panels.
Performing Loop checking of cables from MCC Feeders, Field instruments, Field JB’s and all other Control panels to I/O panel & checking cable termination activities.
MAINTENANCE EXPERIENCE
I am familiar with basic concepts and having hands on experience on Siemens PCS7 V7.0 SP2 DCS with CEMAT Library like Creating & Modifying of Charts and Group Logic, Alarms creation, Graphic Design, Hardware Configuration, Trends Configuration, Archiving & Retrieving of Multiproject.
Ensuring adequate inventories of spares and consumables are maintained.
Good experience in maintenance, troubleshooting, calibration & performing drop tests of weigh feeders belt weighers Bin weighing and SFF of make Schenck Process and Transweigh.
Good knowledge in troubleshooting of different AC VFDs of make ABB, Toshiba & Avon variable frequency drives.
Good experience in maintenance, troubleshooting and calibration of Gas Analyzers.
I am familiar with EEL Roto Packers of 10 spouts double discharges and 4 Spout Stationary packers consisting of FLS VENTODIGIT Controllers.
Good experience in maintenance and checking of UPS systems of Numeric
Good knowledge in troubleshooting of control wiring in DOL, RDOL & MCC feeders and other sub control systems
Good knowledge in Installation, maintenance, calibration and troubleshooting of various field instruments and transmitters like Temperature, Pressure, Flow, Vibration, Continuous Level Transmitters and safety switches etc.
