Metro Bank (the Bank) is a Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) tasked with the mission to stimulate economic growth in Louisville, Kentucky. Metro Bank core focus in providing access to capital for small business owners, individuals, and faith-based and non-profit organizations.

Working as one of the key testing resources for Metro bank consumer application verification and stability. I am responsible in testing the entire application from an end-to-end perspective. Some of the key features of the application are consumer/business Deposits and Loans. Some of the key modules supported are account setup, customer updates, funds transfer, account summary reports, charges and fee, credit or debit card requests, re-ordering of check books, monthly statements, ATM Locator.

Role:

Gathered, analysed and evaluated system requirements to design test plan, test cases.

Designed, developed and executed test cases for loan management system.

Worked closely with business analysts on change requests for the new functionality based on end users request.

Executed Test cases in multiple environments – QA and UAT to ensure the accuracy of test results.

The plans include Horizon HMO, Horizon POS (Point of Service), Horizon PPO (Preferred Provider Organization), Horizon Direct Access (Open Access), Horizon MSA, (Medical Savings Account) and Traditional Indemnity Plans.
