Manufacturing Operations Supply Chain & New Products PLC Management:

Developed Project Plans' scope, budgetary proposals and procurement of Capital Equipment to meet goals of cost, quality and yield for new processes and New Products Introduction including DFM / DFT Reviews.

Supervised Manufacturing and Process Engineering group of 14 engineers and 4 technicians providing technical support for Fabrication of PCBs, Cable Harnessing, Electromechanical Assembly, Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA) and System Integration.

Completed installation of first SMT Facility for SIEMENS Captive EMS in SE Asia and introduced all SMT processes including technology transfer, Process development, troubleshooting and training.
