Hudson Bay Company, at St. Louis, MO - Project Manager Omni-channel implementation (Sterling OMS/WCS Environment Management/ Mobile API development) – July 2013 to December 2013 This is part of Hudson Bay Company’s and Lord and Taylor’s large Omni Channel initiative. Anil led the environment build/management for Sterling OMS 9.2 implementation and WCS ver 6 custom developments. He managed the team for mobile API development/implementation for HBC’s first ever mobile application launch. Management of diverse skill set included OMS Architects, Build/Release management, WCS Technical architects, and Mobile API Technical consultants.

Responsibilities and Achievements

Project tracking and monitoring: Created project plan and tracked progress for all development items done by Perficient team. Weekly status reporting / meetings with executive management for progress check/issue resolution.

Mobile API development tracking: 4 member mobile API development team collaborated with another vendor team and Client team to launch first ever mobile applications for Lord and Taylor.
