-Mechanical Experience Related to Oil, Gas, and Power Industry-

My experience in the construction industry includes, but is not limited to, the following: ROW, roads, and well site build-outs along with environmental restorations and miles of underground piping with pump stations. I have successfully filled various roles: Superintendent, Construction Manager, and Project Manager. I was involved in the construction of three different fuel storage facilities consisting of millions of barrels above ground storage tanks, loading, off-loading facilities, oil-water separators, cathodic protection, and pump installation and housing.

My prime power experience ranges from small hydro works, gas-fired plant, remote fueled generators, to high voltage substation and transmission lines.

I also worked in the communications field: erected towers, antennas, and receivers; provided direct burial service.

Heavy Highway Experience

I have 20 years of extensive experience in road construction: bridges, drainage structures, paving (both asphalt and concrete), and many TxDot projects under my belt.

Water and Wastewater

I have nine (9) years’ experience with infrastructure projects with the River Authorities in Texas. I coordinated projects between owners and contractors. I had hands-on experience working a TBM project, laying pipe with under water divers, and many other unconventional projects.

Construction Manager

TNT Constructor’s Services for Foundation Fence Inc. a division of Gibraltar Inc., Marble Falls, Texas Feb.2016 to present. Here I completed four USACE and Veterans Affairs security installation projects that were turned-over to a surety. I Interacted with General Contractors and Federal Government agencies daily, handled design issues, sub-contractors and was responsible for scheduling and pay applications. Directed work crews on several projects simultaneously. Oversite was by the company owner.

Project Manager/Coordinator

TNT Constructor Services for Pal-Con Ltd., Stephenville, Texas, Feb. 2014 to end of Jan. 2016.

The skills and knowledge I gained from previous experiences are applied to working with project owners and coordinating projects related to power generation and natural gas transmission throughout the USA. Pal-Con is a mechanical contractor that builds and installs regenerators/heat exchangers that they design and manufacture; Pal-Con also specializes in SCR projects for emissions control. I report directly to the VP and President.

I also serve as the Safety Superintendent on site specific projects. I was responsible for day to day operations for several multi-million dollar projects with multi-cultural considerations within multiple countries. As the CEO for the Fayz-Group, I assembled a first rate management team and provided a variety of services including, but not limited to, the following: logistics, construction, guest services (hotel), restaurant, engineering consultants, and transportation.

Projects performed were with area local governments and ministries, foreign embassies, local national armies, USACE, and USAID. These projects generally ranged from $1 million to $50 million dollars (US).

I was responsible for interacting with USACE representatives regarding all aspects of construction from contract to legal. I advised company management in their dealings on projects with the Corps of Engineers. I traveled all over Afghanistan overseeing various projects as necessary.

I worked with major prime contractors (ECCI and Lakeshore/Toltest) on projects that Omran was used as a sub-contractor. I gained K-span experience from working on several projects with various sub-contractors. These projects generally ranged from $ 10 million to $30 million dollars (US).

I represented Lower Colorado River Authority as the owner and Brazos River Authority as the operator of various water and wastewater facilities in Central Texas.

I was responsible for managing construction projects for a cross- matrix organization; interacted and communicated with engineers, contractors, suppliers, project staff, operations staff, management, customers, property owners, and media as part of a team. I reviewed, approved, or denied change requests; resolved conflicts; assigned and coordinated project activities with the activities of others; monitored schedules; attended and conducted project meetings; and maintained project records.

Worked as team project member on a $40 million addition to a regional wastewater plant – coordinated all construction efforts with operations that had to continue in service during a two and a half year project.

Managed several large pipeline improvements simultaneously; assured construction practices, processes, and standards were met.

Maintained an ongoing relationship with public entities, owners, and operators to solve problems in the best interest of all involved.

Involved in two tunnel projects utilizing TBM excavation of four and one-half (4.5) miles of utility lines.

Acted as owner’s environmental monitor on several projects; designed and implemented methods for meeting state regulated standards under harsh circumstances.

Oversaw construction from the ground up of surface water treatment plant along with seven (7) miles of transmission main.

Installed over 25 miles of pipeline.
