Diagnosing and repairing all equipment on premises which include approximately 60 trucks in a sanitation fleet, company vehicles, and all of the facility equipment. Including but not limited to engines, transmissions, PTO’s, hydraulic systems, electrical systems and brakes. Creative problem solving and fabrication which included welding with stick and wire feed in order to meet industry specifications. Performed service calls in the field to repair equipment. Responsible for completing work order/repair paperwork.

2010 - 2013 Colorado Precast Concrete (CPC) Loveland, CO.

Lead Mechanic

Diagnosing and repairing all equipment on premises which includes approximately nine semi-trucks, company pickups and vehicles, golf carts, forklifts and cranes. Including but not limited to engines, transmissions, PTO’s, tires, hydraulic systems, electrical systems and brakes.

Develop and maintain proper tire purchase and use program for entire fleet. Perform service calls in the field to repair equipment. Responsible for completing work orders, repairs, paperwork and parts ordering. Am OSHA compliant with lock out tag out procedures and DOT regulations for trucking industry. Also responsible for snow removal and building maintenance.

2008- 2010 Waste Management Ault, CO.

Mechanic

Diagnosis and repair of equipment which included approximately 50-75 trucks in the sanitation fleet. This included but was not limited to engines, transmissions, PTO’s, hydraulic systems, electrical systems and brakes. Furthered my expertise by attending and becoming certified in air brakes and smog for diesel equipment. Performed service calls in the field to repair any equipment. Responsible for completing work order/repair paperwork and am certified in lock out tag out.
