Network/Systems Administration/Account Manager July 2016 – Present

With Langdon Technical I administer several mid-sized networks in an MSP atmosphere. I work both on site and remote to maintain, upgrade and design for these customers based on their needs. This includes workstations, servers, websites and hosting, phone systems email/Exchange and all other technical needs of these companies. I am the Langdon Technical security consultant for all customers and do regular vulnerability checks on all 106 customers that we maintain. This includes intrusion detection, malware/virus analysis and removal, patch management and security project lead. During my time with Langdon I have lead several other projects including several large scale data migration projects, a project to upgrade all workstations we manage to Windows 10 Enterprise and several projects implementing new or upgrading servers. I work extensively with cloud solutions including Azure, AWS as well as many different SaaS solutions.

I started with ESET as a level I malware technician with in the business support group and quickly moved up. I assisted in the creation of the dedicated malware removal team which included training other employees and creation of removal processes. I then move to a Sr. level II position within the business support team where I consulted many companies in Security Policy design and implementation, Project Management for implementation and deployment, troubleshooting all forms of communication including SSL, VPN, LAN/WAN and worked extensively with Windows server OSes and most server rolls.
