Duty: Using Pro/E wildfire 5.0 and PTC Creo 2.0 to design and analyze 3-D mechanical system, design mechanisms system for motion analysis and create 2-D detailed drawing with correct GD & T standard.

a.Creatively develop 3-D modeling according to desired function requirement. Assemble components together to build 3-D assembly mechanical system. Check and analyze how the components fit together in the assembly modeling system and then improving upon the design.

b.Present 3-D modeling system to peers and customers and interpret our design concepts in a professional and effective way.

c.Create mechanism modeling system for motion checking. Define constraining placements and Servo motor type/profile and run mechanism analysis. Check motion and fits between components in assembly system. Modify or adjust the assembly system to eliminate confliction or improve function.

d.Creating 2-D detailed engineering drawing. Layout 2-D projection view, specifying datum and geometric dimension tolerances (GD & T), creating BOM balloon and table, as well as technic requirements for production.
