Project Name: Ariba development for AXA Technologies shared Services Role: Offshore team member Team size: 15 Location: Bangalore, Paris Description: This is a captive unit of AXA group. Ariba have been used extensively by the eprocurement wing of the organization for its procurement of goods and services, maintenance and enhancing their contract repository, analysis their spend data and managing suppliers and their relationships.

Contribution:

Ariba also provided them the facility of centralized purchasing which enables the cross boarder shopping. Client uses Ariba Contracts, Analysis and Buyer modules.

Description: AP2PLE project implements a globally scalable standardized and effective Procure-to-Pay process in Europe that will realize significant spend benefits. The system will use ARIBA as the core enabling technology for the Indirect Procurement process. AP2PLE project implemented a global Procurement process with in Johnson & Johnson followed by rollouts to different affiliates of Johnson and Johnson in different countries. This is a Global Ariba implementation. The design and code in the system was done keeping the rollouts in place

Key Contribution:

● As On-site team member involved in the knowledge transition, helped in Production support and conducted meetings with the client.

Description:

This project is implemented to upgrade the existing Ariba Buyer 8.2.2 & Ariba Contract Compliance 8.2.2 system to Ariba Version 9r1, SP12. This includes the analysis of the current design and to remove the gaps in upgraded Version as per the upgrade assessment done previous year and business implications.

Responsibilities & Contribution

Importing the data of development instance and prepare the local system for the upgrade, this is a pre upgrade activity which will help us in understanding and fixing the problems during the actual migration of DEV, QA and production instances

Running the RuleDiff command and fixing the problem identified in the rule diff regarding the approval rules.

Fixing the issues identified in the IVT, these are mainly the AML changes and CSV file changes.

Updating the class files in accordance with the new 9R1 API

Running the Migration Harness Task and fixing the issues identified in this.

Performing the post upgrade activities and checking if all the data is correctly migrated.
