Working to start up natural gas based ammonium nitrate fertilizer plant. Performing Yokogawa DCS programming and HMI development. Designing new control loops. Performing SIL tests for the control interlocks on the safety system.

Performed re-start activities on 2 ethanol plants in Nebraska and North Carolina on the Yokogawa DCS platform.

Performed controls start-up of a wood pellet plant in Canada and executed several projects for a baby wipes manufacturer located in Arkansas on the Rockwell platform.

Helped to convert a paper machine to a fluff dryer. Fluff is an absorbent material used in the manufacture of feminine products and other products requiring high absorbency. This was a reverse engineering project from ABB to ControlLogix.
