Chief Human Resources Director, East Coast/Europe Operations (Final Title)
Multi location human resources responsibilities encompassing a partnership at the operational levels and the completion of company objectives for the transactions of corporate goals. Activities included directing departmental and support functions ($1.2 billion, 2100 employees, 7 main USA facilities). Globally; France (2 facilities), England, Switzerland, Germany and Egypt.
All management recruitment satisfies with a higher quality of candidates than previously utilized within this industry. Reduced turnover in the company by 31% in line and staff management.
