Led the restoration/renovation of six high-rise buildings in Miami and Fort Myers. Managed the design, site plan, regulatory approval, and construction initiatives for a $2M, three-story Class A structure. Implemented new quality and management standards which provided annual savings of $250K.
Managed an $800K precast panel and post tension slab renovation project. Facilitated engineers with the design and budgeting for the A/C replacement on an eleven-story building. Oversaw the evaluation and replacement of $100K in damaged post tension cables. Coordinated with fire marshals to secure egress/lighting compliance. Oversaw the design, rendering, and budgeting of a three-story pre-cast parking garage.
