Job Responsibility:-

Responsible for day to day preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance of boiler and its auxiliaries.

Bearing checking, replacement of bearing and alignment of the various fans and pumps.

Overhauling of various gearbox and maintain their preventive maintenance schedule.

Reduction in downtime by effective industrial maintenance practice.

Communicating with the various external agencies during the annual shutdown.

Proper distribution of the manpower as per the job priority.

Coordinating with BPC as well as inter departmental operation & maintenance teams.

Coordinating with the Hitachi Mitsubishi Power systems ltd. For the modification of FBHE.

Job Responsibility:-

Responsible for Erection of Pressure & Non-Pressure Parts of Boiler & Rotating Equipment such as ID, FD, PA Fans & Regenerative trisector type rotary APH.

Checking of equipment erection as per the drawing.

Coordination with BHEL site engineers & contractors for the daily progress report.

Checking of alignments for coal mill, pumps and various fans.

Erection & commissioning of vertical & horizontal centrifugal pump.

To co-operate & handled the field operator as boiler requirement & to line up and isolation of equipment like ID, PA, FD fans at the time boiler light up & shutdown. Coordination with field operator while cut-in oil gun, & isolation and normalization of the oil gun during cleaning.

In case of emergency any drives trip take immediately action and Safe start up, Shut down & Safe operation of boiler and its auxiliaries.

Commissioning of ID, FD, PA Fan & Regenerator Try Sector type Rotary APH.

Detergent Flushing of Pre Boiler system & Chemical Cleaning of Boiler with EDTA Process.

Steam Blowing of Boiler with Critical Piping including Auxiliary steam line.

Commissioning of Bowl Mill & CAVT of coal piping.

Commissioning of Safety valve floating activities.

Successfully completion of unit COD & Trail Run Operation with 270 MW.
