EMPLOYMENT HISTORY

F & D Industries, Inc. d/b/a Hydro Irrigation Systems

Since 1987 I have been the owner and President of this company which installs and repairs irrigation systems in the North Georgia area. I am presently in the process of selling this business to my business partner and retiring from this endeavor. I engaged in all phases of the business including, finance, estimating, installation, planning, purchasing of material, billing, hiring employees, etc.

NOTE: I RETIRED FROM THIS BUSINESS ON NOMVEBER 30, 2015.

TRISTAR AEROSPACE

Territory Manager for Sales – Eastern United States Years 1992 until 2000.

I was responsible for the sales and business development of this Aerospace Hardware supplier to the aerospace community. Developed and installed Just-in-time programs at Gulfstream Aerospace, Northrup Aerospace, Lockheed Aerospace and other similar companies.

Consultant to this supplier of jet engine parts for marketing to U. S. and foreign airlines from 1988 to 1992.

AIRCAL AIRLINE

Staff V.P Fuel Administration and Planning. 1980 – 1983

Vice President Corporate Services and Procurement 1983 - 1987

This airline is now merged with American Airlines. I was recruited to his Airline as Staff V.P. to manage jet fuel supply and planning for growth of the airline. At the time there was severe shortages of jet fuel. I was successful in securing sufficient jet fuel to allow the airline to double in size by 1983. I was promoted to Vice President of Corporate Services and Procurement and placed in charge of Fuel administration, corporate purchasing, all properties in cites we operated into, in house legal, security, telecommunications, and aircraft procurement. I was the chief contracting officer for the purchase of Boeing 737, Douglas MD-80 and British Aerospace BAE 146 Aircraft.

I served on various Air Transport Association Committees. I had budget responsibility in excess of $100 million and a staff exceeding 150 people. I reported to the President of the company.

OZARK AIRLINE

I was recruited to this position in 1976 to direct the purchasing of aircraft jet fuel and aircraft parts. I also was responsible for the overhaul of jet engines by outside sources.
