Job Description

1. Site planning, coordination and execution of matters relating to the construction project 2. Liaise with sub-contractors and consultants to ensure smooth progression and timely completion of quality work

3. Ensure quality of work meets the requirements of regulatory bodies 4. Liaise with consultants and carry out site inspection 5. Perform on-site incoming inspection on project materials delivered by suppliers Job Requirement

1. Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or equivalent (must be recognized by BCA / PEB) 2. Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in construction industry and familiar with HDB projects

3. Independent with good communication skill

4. Proficiency in Mandarin (need to work closely with Mandarin speaking subcontractors) Applications:
