and Special Edition, South Africa Variant, Centre Shift 55hp and 3600-2 variant (49.5hp) for

South Asia market, while following Global Product Development (GPD) process.

As a product design engineer in the Value Engineering Team and Cost Reduction Team, achieved

annual saving of 740000 USD approx. in year 2012-13 (Project delivered: 3D modeling of

fabricated footboards & front weight carrier for all across the range of product, introduction of

plastic toolbox)

In Current Product Management (CPM) team of 6 members, focused all major or minor

engineering changes as well as new developments in sheet metal, rubber and plastic components

of Tractor using ProE/ PTC Creo for 3D modeling and drawing creation. (Projects delivered:

heavy duty tow hook for APAC, down swept muffler for NAR, Radiator packaging).

As a member of Customer Quality Audit (CQA) and Average Defect per Unit (ADPU), worked

closely with product quality & service teams, ensured continuous product improvement as a

result average CQA score recorded was below 30 for year 2013-14.

Worked closely with proto shop for development of new control systems & Digital Mockups

(DMU) team for validation of assembly process and participated in 4P (Production Process

Proveout Process) for successful implementation of engineering changes (ECO/ECN).

Redesigned Product Offering (PO) in coordination with Platform & Marketing resulting in better

controls on variants for dynamic & verity of markets. (Engineering services activities: designed

& released E-BOM of TT 6500 2WD & 4WD, created & managed options for agriculture tires)
