PRESENT JOB RESPONSIBLITIES

Communicate with buyers about sampling and pre-production samples via e-mails & skype.

Executing orders & co-ordination with the production team supporting for timely delivery/ shipment.

Giving instructions & directions to sampling co-ordinator about the sampling.

Preparing of materials and leather requirement sheet for production/ sample.

Updating the buyers about the sampling and production through e-mails.

Regular follow up of production and alarming the factory regarding the delays of the shipment.

Preparing season color, style & trend specific range and developing of products as per buyer requirements.

Co-ordinating with the sample department and updating them about the changes and various approvals received from the buyers regarding the samples.

To develop strong relationships with the customers-maintained cordial relations with existing and new customers.

Co-ordination with the customer/ buyer to bring out the quality standards what they expect.
