Provided operational leadership for 180 personnel in 25,000-ton manufacturing facility.
Delivered financial and manufacturing targets within quality, cost, and time parameters.
Led the implementation of TPM (Total Performance Management) and LEAN valued stream in the supply chain yielding cost and savings activities totaling 3% of total cost of production with zero monetary investments.

Factory Executive Manager, Sagamu Lagos, Nigeria July 2012 – May 2014
Held key responsibility for delivering cost-competitive production according to plan, with leadership of 700 personnel.
Served on the commercial integrated business committee, primary objectives were normalizing sales data in connection with the factory capacity and customer service management. Ensured a culture of safety and environmental sustainability, and managed business relationships with government agencies and local communities.
Managed factory operations budgets of $50 million USD, $70 million USD, and $93 million USD in 2011-2013; executed planning for $105 million USD budget for 2014; and maintained conversion costs at 32% of production costs.
Implemented and drove the safety Health and environmental Culture in the new plant, achieving a recordable rate of 0.78 for 700 FTEs and posted 961 days without lost time incident..
Led initiatives for certifications in: ISO 9001, 14001, OHSAS 18001, FSCC 22000 and PAS 220. Maintained site compliance with all Federal, State and Local EHS regulations, standards and requirements

Led the “Green Field Factory Construction Project” in Lagos (Nigeria) that ensured the brand new factory for “dry culinary seasoning” was completed in a timely manner and was provided with the highest hygienic engineering design, $150Millions CAPEX. Developed and Launched new recipes, new products and SKUs
Implemented and drove the safety Health and environmental culture for the site project construction, achieving a recordable rate of 0.97 for 1500 workers including contractors and posted 645 days without lost time incident during the factory construction,
Spearheaded the “vertical” start-up of the operations.

Directed organizational operations for 340 personnel which included various teams such as: Manufacturing, Quality Control, Engineering, Supply Chain, Industrial Performance, Human Resources, Safety, Health, and Environmental Compliance.
Managed a $50 million USD factory budget with a 22% conversion cost of production.
Implemented and drove the safety Health and environmental culture for the factory, achieving a recordable rate of 0.6 for 340 FTEs and posted 1010 days without lost time incident during the factory construction,
Led initiatives for certifications in: ISO 9001, 14001, OHSAS 18001, Making Senegal the 1ST factory ISO 14001 and OHSAS18001 in Africa/
