2011 – Up to date Visiting Lecturer, at Yerevan State University’s Oriental Studies Faculty, Arabic Studies Department, Yerevan – Armenia

I lecture about the Arabic Civilization and History, and the Islamic Heritage. 2007 – 2008 Lecturer, at “Hamazkayin” Institute for Armenian Studies, Aleppo – Syria I lectured about the “History of The Armenian Cause.” 2007 – 2008 General Manager, of "AMS Co., Ltd. – Chinese Project," Shanghai – China I directed the Company's strategic planning, staff recruitment and administration, outsourcing, the negotiations with the manufactures, and the purchasing deals in China, through the representation office in Shanghai – China.

2002 – 2007 Counselor of Foreign Trade, at "SWEIDCO Co., Ltd." Aleppo – Syria I realized the sourcing and importing of the industrial and power tools from Europe and the Far East. This included the contacts and negotiations with the manufactures, and the preparing and signing the contracts with the foreign companies, and organizing the logistics.

I supervised the Company's relations with the suppliers chain and with the clients, as well. I coordinated the work between the different Departments of the Company, and lead the employees to realize the Company’s targets and gain the customer satisfaction.

2000 – 2002 Teaching at “Yerevan’s Hrachya Acharyan University,” The Faculties of Eastern Studies and International Relations, Yerevan – Armenia I taught Arabic language skills, the history of Arab civilization, and the history of international relations. I prepared seminars on Arabic heritage issues, guided the students in preparing their graduating themes. 1990 – 1997 Graphic Arts Designer, Supervisor in the “Sharoyan Graphic Arts” Company, Aleppo – Syria

I began the work as computer operator on graphic arts programs, in the newly established Company. Gradually, through three years of practice, I was promoted to the position of Supervisor of the staff. I was not only responsible for the work’s final outcome, but also for the distribution of the work to the staff. In addition, I was responsible for the maintenance of the computer hardware and peripherals.

I had many passages printed in the newspapers and magazines in Syria, Lebanon and Armenia.

They were about the social and political concerns of the region and the global events.

I gave many public lectures concerning historical, social and political issues.

2016 Feb. 20 I passed an Electronic Course about: “Compliance” The course was organized by MTS Group Corporate Center DLTS (Distance Learning and Testing System). The session was aimed at explaining the fundamentals of the Compliance, the international standards of business and how to implement them during our everyday business processes. 2016 Feb. 05 I passed an Electronic Course about: “Purchasing Processes” The course was organized by MTS Group Corporate Center DLTS (Distance Learning and Testing System). The session presented the Purchasing main principles and processes. The best practices of the purchasing were presented.

2016 Jan. 29 I passed an Electronic Course about: “Business Culture” The course was organized by MTS Group Corporate Center DLTS (Distance Learning and Testing System). The course demonstrated the business cultures of different environments, such as in the Far and the Middle East, Europe, etc.

2016 Jan. 25 I passed an Electronic Course about: “Ethics Code and Anti-Corruption Processes”

The course was organized by MTS Group Corporate Center DLTS (Distance Learning and Testing System). The course was about the business ethics and core values of the group. The FCPA and UK Anti-Bribery Acts, in addition to the RF and RA Civil Codes relevant anti-corruption parts were explained. The course offered guidelines to abide all the regulations in this field. 2015 Apr. 23 I have attended a Master Class about: “Corporate and Personal Relationships or Fools Compete, Leaders Create: Which One Would You Like to Be?” Yerevan – Armenia

The session was organized by CELA (Central Eurasia Leadership Academy). The speaker was Michael Kouly. The session was aimed at discussing the organizations’ and employees’ corporate and personal relationships, as well as the most common current business/corporative issues. 2014 Nov. 11 I have attended an Electronic Course on “Information Security Fundamentals According to ISO/IEC 27001,” Yerevan – Armenia The Electronic Course was organized by the DLTS (Distance Learning and Testing System) of VivaCell-MTS. The course goal was to strengthen the Information Security of the Company and present the Information Security Fundamentals. In the course, the main concepts of information security were described, according to ISO/IEC 27001 (Information Security Management Standard). An e-test on the same subject was organized by the MTS CC

(Corporate Center) on the 20th of December, Y2014. 2014 Mar. 15 I have attended a Training Course about “Anti-corruption Laws and Compliance,” Yerevan – Armenia

The training session was organized by MTS CC (Corporate Center). The moderator was Yulia Romashkina. The course was about the Anti-corruption laws and their application. Details about the Criminal Code of the Republic of Armenia, US FCPA (Foreign Corrupt Practices Act) of Y1977 and the UK Bribery Act of Y2010 were presented. The judicial practices of these laws were demonstrated.

2013 Dec. 14 I have attended a one day session about Global Leadership with the title of:

“Leadership and Change - The Myth of Changing Cultures or How to Boil an Egg,” Yerevan – Armenia

The session was organized by CELA (Central Eurasia Leadership Academy). The speaker was Michael Kouly. The session was about the change management, and the leadership challenges on many levels: personal, corporate and social.

2013 Nov. 30-31 I have attended a Training Course about “Leadership Essentials,” Geghadir – Armenia

The course was organized by Forum EMEA. The facilitator was John España. The Training course aim was to develop the Principals of the leading capabilities, and enhance the corporate leadership techniques. 5

2013 Jun. 28-29 I have attended a Training Course about “Advanced Procurement and e- Procurement,” Aghveran – Armenia

The course was organized by AUA (American University of Armenia) – Extension Program. The instructor was Hakob Mnatsakanyan. The Training course aim was to enhance the professional knowledge of the Procurement filed and enhance the overall performance. The mastering of the Purchasing processes was touched, too. E-Procurement techniques and best practices were detailed.

2012 Feb. 22 I have attended a Training Course about “Powerful Public Speaking,” Yerevan – Armenia

The course was conducted by Mark Pickford from TDS Company (Training and Development Solutions Ltd., UK). The course aim was to enhance the Public speaking skills, and to make the presentations more efficient and effective.

2011 Aug. 30 I have attended a Training Course about “Intangible Motivation,” Yerevan

– Armenia

The course was organized by VivaCell – MTS Company’s (K-Telecom CJSC) Human Resources Department. The course intention was to introduce the participants to the peculiarities of intangible motivation. Create skills on discovering needs and selecting effective motivation methods for separate employees’.

2011 Jul. 17 I have attended a Master Class about the “Management Culture,” Yerevan

– Armenia

The General Manager of the VivaCell – MTS Company (K-Telecom CJSC), Ralph Yirikian, who shared the vision of VivaCell – MTS Management Culture with the Management.

2011 Apr. 01 I have attended the Workshop about “MTS Super Goal – Top 30 In Y2015,” Yerevan – Armenia

The workshop aimed at setting the standards for the MTS Group to be listed in the Top 30 best Companies of the world. The workshop was organized by MTS Corporate Center and the BUFS (Business Unit of Foreign Subsidiaries).

2011 Mar. 17 I have attended a Training Course about “Situational Leadership,” Yerevan – Armenia

The course was organized by VivaCell – MTS Company’s (K-Telecom CJSC) Human Resources Department. The course was about the analysis of the Leadership styles and the communication with the subordinates.
