Restructured priority tasks of Consultants and Vendors, Negotiated revisions to conditions of Approval to accelerate work output, secured leeway with State and Federal agencies garner additional permitting within days versus months. Effectively made up 2 years of delays within 1 year of work and recaptured original project schedule. Total Project future sales revenues were more than $3 Billion, 45 million yards of earthmoving, recognized by State Regional Water Quality Control Board (RWQCB) for ‘Excellence in Erosion Control’ guest speaker on first State of California NPDES/Erosion Control Guidelines Video used Statewide /Nationally as a training video for proper protocols dealing with NPDES control of mass grading projects.
