Technical Skills
Testing methods utilized: Impact testing (Charpy Impact test), Penetrant testing (Visible & fluorescent), Tensile testing, Nick – break testing, Hardness testing (Rockwell), Scale Sliding Clip Depth Gauge, Dial Caliper, Micrometer, V-wac Welding Gauge, and Fillet Weld Gauges. Metallographically inspect samples with an optical microscope while viewing grain size and identifying microstructures.
