My 31 years in the collections industry, with extensive exposure to Commercial, Retail, Deficiency, and Mortgage portfolio’s as well as an understanding of the credit, finance and collection laws has provided me with an invaluable level of experience. Commercial credit management, collections law, with a specific emphasis on utilizing mechanic liens, UCC filings, and other security instruments to protect and manage receivables has become a part of my core competency. I was the number one collector and agency rep, for three years running on our auto deficiency portfolios. Additionally, for the last 6 years of my tenure I was the top collector on the CIT Group portfolio. We started with a crew of 6 people collecting only 93,000.00 gross, to where I was the only collector, grossing 132,000 + a month.
