Managed, maintained and ensured compliance for all TCEQ water accounting, acted as the contact with TCEQ, created the TCEQ accounting plan for the District, completed and submitted all reporting to TCEQ, maintained an accounting of the water quantity, rules, guidelines and restrictions to ensure water was provided within not only the guidelines set by the state permitting but within the capabilities of the existing system all the while operating in the most economical method possible. Worked with operations personnel to plan timing for all major maintenance and capital improvement, providing engineering support. Worked as the departmental supervisor and coordinator including ordering of safety and computer equipment and scheduling co-workers for flood duty. Managed equipment issues. Worked as the “Agency Coordinator” for TRWD coordinating communications with the United States Geological Survey, the Corps of Engineers, Brazos River Authority, Lower Colorado River Authority, National Weather Service, West Gulf River Forecast, and the Cities of Dallas and Fort Worth.
