JOB DETAILS:
Start up and maintenance of Process Gas Compressors, Turbine Generators and condensate pumps, Process Gas Compressor (PGC), Solar Turbines, Turbine Generator(TG)-GE capacity of 10MW.
Calibration, troubleshooting, preventive and predictive maintenance of all instruments, transmitters, switches, controllers, flow meters, analysers, control valves, actuators, and shutdown/blow down valves in the process platform. And also includes operation and maintenance of 26 unmanned well platform’s SDP, RTU panels and transmitters. Monitoring of Bentley Nevada Vibration System.
Monitors and controls the activities of all plants through the DCS (HONEYWELL C-200) and SCADA.
Troubleshooting, calibration and annual maintenance of all Fire and Gas (F&G) system. This consists of all Detectors (HC, H2S, HYDROGEN, UV FLAME, SMOKE And HEAT), F&G panels, Deluge Valves of fire line, Auto Fire water pumps, CO2/HALON extinguishing system, Fire alarms, ESD/FSD pulling stations and fusible FSD loops.
Participated in the project of Testing and Commissioning of 5 unmanned well platforms. That is testing of SDP 100/300, GDS, RTU panels, Test separators, HIPPS valves, flow meters (Coriolis, Micro motion), Transmitters, Pneumatic PID, LIC, Control Valves, and Shutdown Valves etc.
Equipment handled- HART 375/475 field communicator, DRUCK DPI 610, FLUKE 741B.
Checks completed work to ensure adherence to permit conditions and that the equipment/system is integrated safely into operation after the completion of work.
