Creating and Developing the complete detailed design & shop drawings for the HVAC, Fire Fighting, Fire Suppression and Plumbing (Piping & Drainage System), on the basic of single line & double line.
Ducting layout, Chilled water piping, refrigerant piping, diffusers/grill/flexible sizing etc.
Duct size can be calculated by using McQuay and Ductulator Software’s for HVAC system.
Car Parking Ventilation System.
Preparing of Riser Drawings.
Preparation of various Plumbing drawings for drainage layout, cold & hot water supply line, Isometric diagram and Sanitary Accessories for toilets etc.
Water supply pipe sizing as per standard plumbing code & fixtures.
Fire Fighting pipe sizing and Drainage invert levels of pipes & finalizing routing of pipes.
Preparing Fire Suppression drawings.
Preparing of Fire Fighting Pump Room, Domestic Water Pump Room & Lifting Station (Sewage) Pump Room.
Preparation of Schematic, Isometric and As-Built drawings according to the site situation.
Quantity take-off from Design Drawings & Shop Drawings and making detail Bill of Quantities (BOQ’s).
Preparing of Tender/Proposed/Shop/Coordination/Construction/As-Built and Detail drawings in all services.
Material order for site installation (Duct, Duct supports & Insulation, Chilled water pipe, Valves
requirements for federal energy savings projects.
