Work History (Hands On)

2014 to present RHS Medical Validation Consultant Inc. This is my company I’m the founder and CEO of Validation services in industrial and medical manufacturing.

2013 to 2014 RCMT validation consultants, base of operations Parsippany, NJ This contract was with Atrium Medical Hudson NH. Position Customer validation strategies in process, equipment, and work instructions, IQ, OQ and PQ. Other relevant duties are FMEA, PFMEA, TMV, MVP, Quality data inspections.

2009 - 2013 Putnam Plastics Inc, Dayville, CT 06241: Held positions of senior extrusion technician, Engineering services technician and shift supervisor. I have a good knowledge of thermo plastics from PVC, LDPE, HDPE, Polyurethanes, FEP fluoropolymers, PEEK, Nylons, Pebax extrusion medical or industrial, tool design and metal coatings like Nano, Xylan, PTFE, micro tuff, PFA Teflon, equipment design, and polymer processing and equipment procurement. Also have a certification as a Green Belt, SMED, fishbone, root cause and corrective action. Company option was to close extrusion at end of business in 2009 because of internal operational cost of raw material and out sourced tooling needs.

2000 to 2008 Teleflex Medical Inc. Jaffrey, NH: Positions held senior extrusion technician and Shift supervisor. Managed a small group of seven people to investigate and develop new catheter designs and processing on daily customer driven tasks.
