Coffee Village home stay located near hill station and serves the tourists a place to stay and enjoy their vacation. Homestay business is operated manually and maintained the paper records/MS excel for customer booking details, information handling and other information. To transform the manual processes into automated, we created a centralized database and an interface design using MS access considering the functionalities like online booking, payments, 24/7 services and helps the homestay business admin to maintain the customer information and track the availability and check-in details. Responsibilities:

Worked on relationship database models, schema & entity-relationship diagrams (ERMs) to create technical/system design documents considering the business requirements.

Designed and developed database architectures and data models to improve company productivity and/or processes, and engage in the database development process from inception through services.

Developed SQL queries/scripts to create new tables, added constraints like primary key, foreign keys, insert data into tables and queries to retrieve data from Oracle database.

As the regional manager, have been analyzing the performance data of fast-food restaurant from each location, gathering additional external data, and identifying the causes of these results. Using BI tools created a presentation-ready dashboard to monitor the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for all three restaurants locations by accessing the given Sales and Marketing data for those locations.

Created ETL packages with different data sources (SQL Server, Flat Files, Excel source files, XML files) and then loaded the data into destination tables using SSIS.

Generated reports using SSRS to track the performance, sales and trend of restaurant.
