JOB RESPONSBLITIES

• Quality assurance/Quality control development

&implementation of total Quality management system.

• Conducting Audit for the conformity of the products.

• Monitoring of in-process Quality Assurance (IPQA)

• Conducting Audit of process and system.

• Coordinate with the Quality & Production personnel at various manufacturing sites for implementation of the current/revised standard testing procedures and specification for new product.

• Customer complaints, market complaints, incident report, CAPA, deviation control & authorization.

• Align plant level functions and initiatives to collaborate and integrate the focused effort to achieve common goals.

• Reduction of wastage /rejects/consumer returns by using improvement system.

• Using various tools (7 QC) &system at various stages.

• Conducting internal audit.

• Maintaining PPAP and other documents as per ISO required.

• Short listing and solving the problems using root cause analysis.

• Doing the stage wise and final inspection.

• Doing kaizen improvement in the plant.

• Checking the incoming materials.

• Giving the call letters to the Dy. Manager of Ashok Leyland, Tata motors etc company for company audit.

• Helping the company to get new tenders after the audit.

• Calculating the rejection of the materials.

• Making the flow chart and work instruction for the company.

• Giving weekly training to the labors for welding, painting etc.

• Maintaining the corrective action and preventive action report.

• Taking the customers satisfaction from the customers.

• Finding out the merit and demerit points of the plant and solving it..

• Documenting process and policies are essential to quality assurance .we prepare and update quality documentation, basing our process on a recognized standards such as ISO 9000.We develop appropriate processes and train employees in preparation for a quality Audit. Team Work

• To supervise teams of inspectors who carry out the detailed assessment of products and their components at different stages of production and to recruit and train supervisors, and providing them with documented quality standards as guidelines for regular day to day operation. Quality inspection tools and software to support the inspection team have also been selected.

We provide training in best practices and aim to make production employees responsible for managing their own quality standards and to promote a culture of quality .we work with the product development team to establish quality standards. • Suppliers of component and materials play an important role in a company’s quality process. We work with suppliers to help formulate quality standards for the goods. And to ensure that the incoming components and materials will comply with the manufacturer’s quality standards, to minimize the time and cost of inspection, and contribute to the quality of the finished product.

WORK WITH IMPROVEMENT

• Reviewing statistical data from the production lines to identify quality problems We analyze the data and recommend changes to production process or quality controls to eliminate the problem .i also analyze records of product returns to identify specific problem s or over time

.we develop and monitor continues improvement programs and to aim to reduce the number of defects and improve level of quality .we do continuous quality improvement,reduce manufacturing costs and improve overall product quality.
