The project aimed at implementing a E-commerce and ERP -- is a full-service construction firm with a diverse portfolio of fine residential, commercial and retail projects in New York City. Focus on building excellence for all clients. They tracked all Job's records, project records, and accounts record manually. The purpose of this project was re-engineering the department's modules with a computerized system that is user-friendly. This new Computerized system has many modules that allow managers to track Project, attendance, labor management, material management, subcontractor management, Project Reports and service management in a single suite. As a Web-based platform, this system can be accessed anywhere with a computer or mobile device.
Key Responsibilities:
Project lead and Reviewed and analyzed pre-existing artifacts and associated applications to understand as-is process.
Managed the product backlog and worked closely with SMEs to identify features for upcoming release.
