Progressed from Warehouse Manager to Plant Manager, to Director role at this $60 million per year mass market stationary business which included manufacturing and distribution operations in the US, China, and Mexico. Effectively planned for and managed costs, hiring, and logistical concerns related to huge seasonal shifts in sales related to Back to School season and an increasingly demanding customer base which included Walmart and Target. Had responsibility for various P&L cost centers and reported directly to the President.
