Leading a team of 16, located at multiple locations in Global Delivery Model. Started by leading a team of 7 and eventually grew to 16 by strategically addressing the changing business needs through committed team engagement and building trust and confidence with Wells Fargo team.

Architected and designed solutions by working with Application and Infrastructure Architects. Provide inputs and direction in requirement gathering, Functional and Technical design discussions.

Created Proof of Concepts, developed and implemented multiple Java multi-tier enterprise applications that involve development across UI layer, application layer, service layer and database layer.

Provided value added ideas worth $ 150,000 and implemented them toreduce the overhead in applicationtesting and production support process.

Worked on Payee Directory project which allows Wells Fargo customer to manage their payee’s remittance delivery and payment information. Worked on designing the multi-tier architecture with Application architect and designed a solution with technology stack of YUI Library at client tier, Spring MVC & Security at Business tier, Oracle Service Bus as Integration layer, Spring Restful as Service Layer, Hibernate as ORM model and Oracle 11g as database.

Worked with Infrastructure and Data Architect to design the WebLogic Infrastructure and the data model requirement for Payee Directory. Payee Directory included batch process which are developed in Java 8 Standalone and executed through UNIX batch scripts and Autosys Jobs. JIRA and Confluence are used as data storage and management tools.

Worked on Receivables Manager Online application development and support which was developed on the Technology stack of YUI &JQuery library including Nodejs, grunt and raven as front end technologies. Spring MVC, Spring Security as controller/business layer.

Receivables Manager Online was developed in Agile methodology using Scrum. The System of records for Receivables Manager Online is two way SSL secured SOAP Web services exposed through IBM developerWorks from Mainframe DB2 database.

Upgraded and enhanced E-Box Decisioning application from Struts 2.x Framework, Java 6 and WebLogic 11g to Spring 4.x Framework, Java 8 and WebLogic 12c technology stack. E-Box Decisioning application helps Wells Fargo customers to repair their invalid account numbers by connecting to an E-Box Mainframe application through secured JMS Queue.

Worked on restructuring the error handling and notification framework around Electronic Doc Delivery application. Upgraded Ant scripts to Maven build scripts, Spring from version 2 to 4, Java from 6 to 8, WebLogic from 11g to 12c.

Worked on migrating webMethods Schedulers to Java specific scheduler using Spring-Quartz scheduler framework. Created a custom scheduling UI using Spring MVC, JSP, and Maven and deployed the application in Tomcat web application container.

Maintained multiple other sub applications which run on Apache Camel, Active MQ, webMethods Integration Service. Currently also working on migrating build scripts from Maven to Grade and moving Sub Version (SVN) code to GitHub.

Provided training for new team members and acted as module lead for several customer developments and testing in File Translation utility application.

File Translation Utility (FTU) application is an ETL process based data translation application which helps in formatting large files from one business format to another at a high performance. File Translation Utility runs on webMethods, Informatica – Data Transformation Studio, Java and UNIX environment.

Supported and worked on migration of all business process in File Translation application from Informatica - Powercenter to webMethodssuite of products. .

Worked on Payee advice file translation flow in FTU which involved development and modification of webMethods IS services and Informatica – Data Transformation Studio.

Worked on supporting Wire Transfer extended file format translation by reading the Wire payment information from Electronic Window through Queue. JMS was used to connect to EW queue and Data Transformation Studio was used in translating the file from extended Wire format to EDI format before sending the information to receivables system.

Worked on Customer configurable output format (CCFO) tool which helped automating and reducing the overall development work of ongoing customer onboarding in FTU. CCFO was developed in J2EE with JSF MVC framework, JSP, JPA toplink as ORM provider and Oracle 11g database.

Developed Java based automated tool for System integration testing. Java stand alone tool would place the list of files in input folder, pick up the output file post translation and do auto comparison. Reports are generated based on comparison and emailed to testers for further investigation.

Provided production support for File translation Utility after moving to Wells Fargo, Charlotte Location. Worked on standard SLA’s to respond to a system alert and resolve the issue with none or very minimal impact to Wells Fargo customers.

Developed ACI to S1 Migration Java standalone project for Wells Fargo to help in migration of data in Oracle database to DB2 database by exporting customer data into XML files. The XML files were handled through XMLBeans API by translating the files into Java objects and vice versa. Worked on optimizing the performance of application to bring down the XML creation time from 8 minutes to 1 minute by restructuring SQL, PL-SQL and fine tuning Java using connection pooling, multi threading concepts.

Worked on File Translation Utility project which involves analyzing file translation requirements and then developData Transformation Services.

Worked on developing and testing Informatica - Data Transformation Services which can parse the source file format map andcreate new file formats.

Designed and developed new Customer flow in File Translation utility on Informatica - Powercenter and Data Transformation services.
